At IT Glue, he brings his extensive knowledge of the industry combined with his passion for documentation to help IT teams reach their full potential. Today, Tom leads IT Glue’s Partner Success team, working with thousands of MSPs across the globe to improve their processes and documentation, alongside providing partners with exceptional customer experience.
