Mark Copeman

Mark Copeman exited Customer Thermometer in 2018, the business he founded in 2008. He then went on to write and produce the popular Helpdesk Habits program and earlier this year, published MSP Secrets Revealed. Based in the UK, a serial entrepreneur, Mark also runs a successful online fitness business – although he likes to stress he’s behind the camera, not in front of it. When not producing content or hosting conferences (not so much at the moment), Mark is training for the London Marathon and building big things in his garden with his teenage children.
