Hanson brings deep technical product knowledge to his role as Product Manager. This intimate understanding of IT Glue’s underpinnings and the needs of MSPs is invaluable when developing IT Glue’s roadmap for core documentation behaviour. Since joining the Glue Crew in 2016, he’s been involved with the design and testing of a wide range of product features, including GlueConnect and the recently launched Vault.
